When refunds are available and the process for requesting one.
Design services are custom professional work. Refunds are evaluated carefully on a case-by-case basis.
A full refund is available if you cancel within 48 hours of payment and no design work has started. Email hello@webdesignloop.com with your order details within this window. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days through Stripe.
If design work has begun but not reached the first delivery milestone, a partial refund may be available at our discretion. The refundable amount reflects the proportion of work not yet completed.
We do not issue refunds after the project has been fully completed and deliverables sent. We do not issue refunds based on preference changes after delivery when the work aligns with the agreed brief. Contact us within 7 days of delivery if you believe the work does not match the agreed scope.
Submit all requests to hello@webdesignloop.com with your order reference and a description of the issue. We acknowledge within 2 business days and aim to resolve disputes fairly.
